In
just four years, this place has gone from an idea to the new capital of Brazil.
It was designed by urban planner Lucio Costa in 1957 and the buildings were
designed by architect Niemeyer. While some have criticized the design, the city
was chosen as the legacy of World Heritage by UNESCO.
